The destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great, all purpose technique. But this technique when activated leaves the user vulnerable to lightning based techniques.

Abilities: It was modified by Pain using the Amplification Summoning Technique, so that it can split apart, when struck, into individual dogs that can then merge back together. It gains additional heads every time it splits in this way, and each duplicated head carries the Chakra Receiver and the Rinnegan like the original. According to Nagato, the only way it can be defeated is by defeating its original summoner. In the anime, this summon is seen at different sizes, ranging from several stories tall to just tall enough to fit underneath trees.
This dog is also physically strong and resilient, since it broke through an ANBU Captain's Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop technique, and another's Lightning Release: Sixteen Pillar Bind, and received no more than minor burns from Fire Release: Fired Pottery Technique despite having its legs cut off by the Wind Release: Wind Cutter Technique. Even a usually devastating attack, such as the Wind Release: Rasenshuriken couldn't kill it easily, as the dog merely continued to multiply.

Appearance:
Abilities: Much like a real-life chameleon, this creature can also blend with its surroundings for camouflage, so perfectly that it renders itself completely invisible to other viewers around. This ability has been used by the Animal Path of Pain to step inside the chameleon's mouth and attack his opponents by surprise. As perfect as it may be, however, this camouflage can be detected by barrier-related techniques, as when Jiraiya tried to use his Barrier: Canopy Method Formation to locate it, Pain had the chameleon distance itself from him, and attacked him with an offensive summon. Another reptilian trait that the chameleon shows is the ability to crawl on vertical and inclined surfaces, such as walls. Also, it has exhibited great destruction capabilities, as it could fend off attacks from Konoha ninja and wreck houses and buildings during Pain's invasion of Konoha. The snake-tail can be used as a prehensile limb, to be able to grab and capture intended targets for Pain with its tongue, as shown during the Fourth Shinobi World War.

Idiotic Mistake.
First off, You can only have one family of summons, and I have chose the one that needs to be removed in a later problem. The reason being you can only have -one- family of summons is that, if you want to summon a certain animal, then you have to sign a contract with the animals, basically saying that you can only summon this animal, blah blah. If you were to sign another contract, with another species, the earlier contract will be lost, the shinobi losing his abilities to summon that species, and are unable to sign the contract of that species again.
The Giants
This problem being the one that speaks the family that need to be removed, with is simply the title "The Giants". The first reason being, all of them are overly overpowered, and the second being the big one.. -The summons are Nagato's Animal Path Summons, and since the Rinnegan is hereby in a unknown man's eye sockets, you can't have these summons, so I hereby claim The Giants Family of Summons, Denied

(1 D 1 C 1 B 1 A 1 S) Which you did not follow with Fafnir and Naelyan. And seeing the following jutsu and abilities, along with Grael's, All of them are considered S Rank. So.. Fix that. Also! Every Summon is limited to one or two jutsu, that follow their rank, This rule applying to all except A Ranks And S Ranks, which are granted to two or three, but cost quite al lot of ryo.
That's it! Fix these issues, and then their jutsu will be checked over, and then approved!
