Description: The user of this technique is able to seal Bijuu or extract a bijuu from its host. First a couple of things need to be in place one is that the user has a special seal scroll that will keep the bijuu sealed in once extracted. next the bijuu must be either very weak or the host that carried the bijuu is either beaten, uncousious and willing to under go this proceedure to extract the bijuu within them. Once the proper conditions are in place the user can begin the technique first the user place the special scroll on the floor near the bijuu been extracted next the user puts there own blood on the sealing scroll then casts some handseals then holding the final seal in place by having there hand raised doing the final seal of the sequence. The bijuu or host that is close by will have a strange go around them the extraction from the host or bijuu on its own takes 2 full days and consumes a lot of chakra of the user, while the user is doing the extraction the seal must be constandly in place and cannot be dropped at all or the bijuu getting extracted or the host will be killed. once the two days are up the bijuu will be extracted into the scroll and if it was extracted from a host the host surives and is not killed like other extraction techniques but the former host will be work and they still retain some of the bijuu powers that it gave them but not them all depending on the bijuu and its host.

Special Abilities: This scroll works with Kaira's 9 point extraction technique. Bijuu are sealed with in this scroll when extraced from the host or on there own one in this special scroll there is no way to unseal them except with the same technique that is used to seal them in place. This scroll allows the user to use the 9 point extraction technique with just using Ninjutsu as the scroll its self does all the fuuinjutsu that is required for the sealing. All the user had to do is the special handseals for the technique of the 9 Point Extraction technique and and maintain the seal for two days the scroll does the whole sealing process the scroll is also not able to be destroyed by any means.
